  • When visiting Tiki’s Thai massage customers are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes to your appointment.

  • To keep the premises clean, our customers will be asked to leave their footwear outside of the massage rooms.

  • Tiki will guide you to the dedicated massage room for getting change.

Rescheduling / cancellation method

  • Please go to your booking email and click the change or cancellation appointment button.

  • You may cancel you appointment up to 6 hours before your appointment’s start time (within our business hours by email or message us on Facebook/Instagram)
